Friendswood Development Company was honored with four “Houston’s Best” PRISM Awards by the Greater Houston Builders Association on Saturday, October 1, 2022.

The GHBA presents these sales and marketing awards annually to honor Houston developers, home builders, remodelers and associates.

Friendswood Development Company received the following awards:

• Best Community Event for the 2021 Tavola Reindeer Run
• Best Direct Mail for the Realtor Connect Guide
• Best Digital Experience for the Tavola 360 Community Virtual Tour

The company was also a finalist for Charitable Event of the Year and the Kingwood Sales Brochure.

The Tavola Reindeer Run is an annual event, held the first Saturday in December in the New Caney community of Tavola. The event has raised over $40,000 for the New Caney ISD school district since its inception 6 years ago.

The Houston's Best PRISM Awards is the premier industry event of the year. These coveted awards recognize the industry's finest in more than 100 categories spanning from People to Product and Promotion.

The awards are presented by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Greater Houston Builders Association.
