Friendswood Development Company has been named a FINALIST in several categories for the 2020 Texas Star Awards. The Texas Association of Builder launched the Star Awards program in 1992 to recognize excellence in the residential homebuilding industry.

• Developer -  Best Overall Community 51 Acres - 299 Acres - Falls at Green Meadows
• Developer - Best Overall Community up to 50 Acres - Fulton Station
• Developer - Best Email Message - Tavola Stop Wasting Money on Rent e-blast
• Developer - Best Direct Mail Piece - Fulton Station
• Developer - Best Direct Mail Piece - Kingwood
• Developer - Best Special Event - Woodtrace Kids Triathlon

Winners will be revealed on July 16 at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas during the annual Sunbelt Builders Show™.
