Friendswood Development Company is happy to announce that Kristie Calderon of Cypress has won the 2020 Discovery New Home Tour $5000 drawing. 

Calderon, pictured here with her husband Eric, daughter Madison and long-time Village Builders Sales Counselor Danny Yardley, registered for the drawing at the Village Builders model home in Woodtrace. Kristie is a stay-at-home mom of three children who has lived in the Cypress area for 15 years. She is looking for a new home for her family, which is what brought her to Woodtrace. She likes the area and the variety of builders in Woodtrace. 

The Friendswood Development Company Discovery New Home Tour ran from March 14 to April 19, 2020. The event highlighted the 76 model homes in 26 communities throughout the Houston area. Guests simply needed to fill out a registration form at any builder model home during the promotion period to be eligible for the $5000 prize. No purchase was necessary and every entry had a equal chance of winning.
