Highland Homes is celebrating their grand opening in West Ranch, Friendswood Development Company’s master-planned community located just off FM 518 in the exemplary rated Friendswood Independent School District. Their newly decorated model home is now open daily.
This two-story model is one of the newest designs for Highland Homes and is one of many innovative new plans now offered in Creekside at West Ranch, where Highland’s homes are priced from the $340,000s.

Visitors to Royal Shores of Kingwood can tour one of the newest decorated models and designs by Highland Homes.
The stunning two-story design is also one of the newest plans unveiled by Highland Homes in the Houston market. Plan 678 is a two-story home with more than 4,400 square feet. Highland Homes is showcasing some of the many options offered in this plan which include a media room, upstairs wet bar and card room.

Gehan Homes is the newest builder to joined master-planned Lakemont by Friendswood Development Company. Located off Mason Road adjacent to the entrance of the Westpark Tollway, Lakemont features new homes priced from the $140,000s to the $300,000s by Perry Homes, Lennar, J. Patrick Homes and Brighton Homes.
